Where are we located ?

We are based out of India and ship from our warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Do we provide COD ?

Yes we provide COD in INDIA with an additional charge of INR 120 for the order.

How can I track my order ?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with Order ID, and when the product is shipped you will receive the tracking ID.

Are returns accepted ?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns / refunds. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Do we ship worldwide?

Absolutely! However you won’t be able to place an order on the website for international shipping. Please get in touch with us on WhatsApp+91 9080905500 for international shipping.

What are the modes of payment ?

We accept credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI. We also accept COD at an additional charge.

The piece I want is sold out. What now?

We only produce a small number of our artworks. We try to refill even more quickly than we sell out. If the item you want is out of stock, sign up to be notified when it comes back in.

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Without a doubt. All orders are sent out in remembrance boxes that are ideal for gifts (to yourself or to others). To make the order a gift, just indicate so in the remarks field on the checkout page. Even a message to accompany it can be requested. You just need to enter the address and phone number of the recipient.

Can I change my delivery Address?

Absolutely, you simply need to give our customer service staff a call within an hour of placing your order, and we’ll amend this for you.

Do we offer bulk discounts for gifting?
